A launch email that only lists benefits is half an email. These are the real questions I've been asked this week — answered the way I'd want them answered.

“Will this reverse my diabetes?” I don't know — and neither does anyone who promises you it will. The research says roughly a third of carefully selected people reach remission, and it holds for some and not others. What the series does is give you the best-evidenced path to whatever your body can reach, and a way to live well at every point on that path.

“$87 is real money.” It is. For context: the popular “blood sugar support” supplements run $50–$70 a month, forever, with weak evidence. Structured programs in this space charge $299 a month. This is $87 once, for about 250 pages of referenced, practical guidance — and if it doesn't help, the 30-day refund means you reply and get it back. The risk stays with me.

(You can see everything that's in each book on the series page here — no obligation, it's all laid out plainly.)

“My doctor already told me what to do.” Keep doing it — seriously. These books are built to work alongside your care, not compete with it. Book 2 even includes the questions to bring to your next appointment. If anything in a guide ever conflicts with what your own clinician says, your clinician wins.

“I don't have the energy for a big program.” Book 2 adds one small layer per week — that's the design. Twenty to thirty minutes of reading a week, and changes sized so they survive real life. Nobody's asked to overhaul everything on day one.

“What if it doesn't work for me?” Reply within 30 days and I refund you — no form, no questions, no hard feelings.

And to be equally honest about who shouldn't buy this: anyone with type 1 diabetes; anyone pregnant or managing gestational diabetes; anyone planning to adjust insulin doses on their own — that's a conversation with your doctor, full stop; and anyone expecting guaranteed remission. If that's you, save your money.

The founding window closes midnight Eastern, Tuesday, July 21. Bundle $87 now, $97 after.
