Breaking the Pattern drops to 99c on Amazon tomorrow, and stays there for seven days.
I am telling you a day early because you are on this list and it seems fair that you hear it first.
It is the book I wanted in the first ninety days, when I had a diagnosis, a family history and no idea what to do on Monday morning. What it covers: what the numbers actually mean, what the research supports, what it does not, and how to work out which of it applies to you rather than to a study population.
What it does not do is promise you an outcome. Remission is documented in the literature. A cure is not, and nobody can honestly tell you what your body will do.
If you already have it, the useful thing you can do is leave an honest review. Reviews are the one thing I cannot write, and they decide whether anyone else ever finds it.
Link goes live at the new price tomorrow.
